The RCNWO's journey to success began in 1999 under the leadership and generosity of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, Several Key Community Leaders and Judges.
The coalition is a group of nonprofits, social services, businesses, citizens, and faith-based partners that are committed to reducing recidivism among ex offenders returning to Northwest Ohio by sharing ideas, expertise and resources.
The coalition is open to EVERYONE in the community, who are committed to successful reentry for ex-offenders and their families.

“Going Home To Stay” Meetings

The “Going Home To Stay” Meeting is an event designed for Frontloading Services to ex offenders and their families.  The format for the event is simple; organizations that attend the Meetings are given 3-5 minutes to present an overview of their organization and the services that they provide. When the presentations are concluded time is allotted for individual consultation with Participants. This allows the representative to arrange appointments, give more detailed information about the organization, and address specific issues.
